Jess’s journey into fitness began in the emergency room. As an EMT, she witnessed firsthand the toll preventable health issues can take. That experience inspired her to pursue a career focused on empowering people to take control of their health and fitness.
Today, Jess is recognized as a trainer’s trainer and a strength and conditioning specialist. She works with anyone from elite athletes to the everyday athlete, has won gold medals as a competitive powerlifter, and served as Athletic Director at Los Angeles’ renowned Pharos Athletic Club. As a certified massage therapist, she also brings a holistic approach to recovery and performance optimization aided by her years in the industry.
