The primary goal of manual therapy is to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. In some cases we combine this passive treatment with a more active one for best results.

  • There are numerous ways that a personal trainer can help you improve your overall health and fitness; and reach specific wellness goals. We offer expertise and knowledge in functional movement (yes- we know most movement can be seen as functional in some way, but we like to take you beyond what you thought was possible). We use exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition, and behavior change psychology techniques all of which can be valuable for designing effective and balanced wellness plans.

We like to include many areas beyond just movement and nutrition since there is more to optimal health than just those two.

Trainers work closely with clients to monitor progress and make adjustments accordingly.
