Functional Range Assessment
Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) is a measurement based assessment system that provides objective measures of an athletes movement capacity for each and every articulation. This can be used independently or to gain insights for future training in conjunction with another modality. Then training inputs (FRC®) are able to be directed at the individual’s specific deficits.
Functional Range Conditioning
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) is a system of mobility and joint control training based in creating and expanding USABLE motion that one possesses. This can be defined as active range and is not the same as flexibility which does not mean that a range can be controlled. This can be viewed as flexibility plus required strength to own that range. FRC uses tension and isometrics to minimize neurological safeguards that inhibit mobility in the first place.

“Micah's awesomeness cannot be understated. He is so present for his clients; he really worked with me to explore what I was doing to hold myself back, how I could look at things differently, suggesting different ways to approach challenges…and wellness choices necessary to begin changing my body composition and develop long term habits to support my overall wellness.”
