HYBRID STRENGTH is a small group class devoted to exploring and improving your strength, muscle tone, range of motion, balance and conditioning. We mix the best of strength and conditioning. Class will use movement strategies from classic strength training techniques, kettlebells, bodybuilding, Yoga, and Functional Range Conditioning to keep you moving, feeling and performing at your best! We invite all movement enthusiasts to increase their mind-body connection to their sport, hobby, or daily activity.
