Strength Training- Fast & Fun Pull Workout
This weeks video is back with a quick and engaging workout you can do using some principles from the pull video along with capitalizing on some techniques from the world of bodybuilding and calisthenics for muscle growth. This workout will not only help you when you’re in a pinch for time with nothing more than a barbell and lighter weights, but will also contribute to better body control. This can also be used to supplement your training towards pull-ups which we highlighted in yet another video some weeks back.

Sometimes the same technique we may use to help clients navigate through something like discomfort or pain in a particular movement can also be the same technique we use to perform better. . Give this subtle row technique adjustment a try and see if it helps you with either pain, performance, or perhaps both. . While not all issues people experience are due to the same underlying cause, many small tweaks that work for one set of issues can help due to overlap with another.
Tight Hamstring Magic: Quick Movement Improvement
Can you easily touch your toes? If you are someone with tight hamstrings or you have difficulty folding at the hips, this one is for you!
We are big fans of time efficient movement snacks that can improve the quality of how you move (and live). Having a difficult time bending over to pick something up or tie shoes due to tight hamstrings can be one of those things. We also like pairing similar moves in this video as part of a warm-up for hinging exercises. Afterward, you will likely be able to perform with MUCH better range of motion.
