  • Manual therapy is a specialized form of skilled physical treatment that involves hands-on techniques to assess, treat, and manage various musculoskeletal conditions. The primary goal of manual therapy is to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. In some cases we combine this passive treatment with a more active one for best results.

  • There are numerous ways that a personal trainer can help you improve your overall health and fitness; and reach specific wellness goals. We offer expertise and knowledge in functional movement (yes- we know most movement can be seen as functional in some way, but we like to take you beyond what you thought was possible). We use exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition, and behavior change psychology techniques all of which can be valuable for designing effective and balanced wellness plans.

  • Holistic health coaching is a comprehensive approach to wellness that focuses on the overall well-being of an individual (YOU! and what makes you unique), considering physical, mental, emotional, spiritual aspects, and more. The aim is to promote balance and harmony in all areas of life to achieve optimal health and vitality. We like to include many areas beyond just movement and nutrition since there is more to optimal health than just those two.

  • We are personal trainers who also coach small groups. A personal fitness trainer is an individual who provides one-on-one guidance, personalized workout programs, and nutritional advice to clients, focusing on specific goals and needs. Trainers work closely with clients to monitor progress and make adjustments accordingly. At Resilient Body, we form close relationships with clients and try to get to know what really matters most to you so we can make sure to help you discover your healthiest version of you.
