Free Nutrition Seminar This Saturday!

We are getting excited about our fast approaching nutrition seminar this Saturday, April 20th from 9am to 10:30am!

One thing we are passionate about is providing solid and actionable information to help people transform their lives and health for the better. This is what initially spurred this weekly blog and newsletter. Not everyone can access good information and we try and make that possible while also disentangling from all the muck out there. Ultimately, we want to do more for you and those you care about as well. There is perhaps nothing more important than what you put in your body as far as the impact on your overall health and wellbeing.

If you want to learn some foundational basics and even some pretty savvy tips and tricks for better nutrition, this will be a great event for you and anyone you think will benefit to attend. So please, come on down and even bring a friend you know may benefit from improving how they nourish their body. If you would like to receive a personalized healthy eating guide at the end, we will be providing those for a minimal charge ($20), but the seminar is absolutely free.

We will highlight some basics as well as dive into some common misnomers. At the end, along with some Q&A, our aim is to help you understand how to better navigate all the nutrition info that is out there by arming you with some fundamental knowledge and principles that you can apply regardless of what you are presented with.

Some of what you will learn:

  1. Macronutrients, micronutrients, calories, what they mean, how they impact your overall health and energy, and examples of how to find what you need for your body

  2. Hydration

  3. Do you need to track nutrition and how to do it

  4. Realistic real world examples of what “healthy eating” looks like and how to create balance so you don’t deprive yourself regardless of goals

  5. Emotions, stress, fatigue, hormones, and how they impact the way you nourish yourself

  6. Eating out at restaurants and best ways to eat on the go

  7. Meal preparation basics

  8. How to find balance and consistency

  9. Common misnomers and misleading nutrition information debunking

  10. Tools for you to use right away


So, if you need help figuring out what will work best for your body and goals, we have been helping folks from all walks of life for many years do just that. Come by this Saturday and have a listen and bring some questions too.
